Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your Peluva shoes. Exchanges for a different size are free.

Try Them On
We recommend trying your Peluvas on clean, indoor surfaces (carpet is ideal) so you can assess the fit without any wear marks.

Start Your Return
Email support@peluva.com or visit our returns portal. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Get Your Refund or Exchange
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges ship within 2-3 business days.
Fine Print & Conditions
- Shoes must be in new, unworn condition with no signs of outdoor wear or damage.
- Original packaging (box, tissue, inserts) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- International returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective products: we'll send a free replacement regardless of timeline. Just reach out with photos of the defect.
