I bought a pair of Peluva Strand Lightweight trainers last year and proceeded to break them in, I thought they took a little getting used to, and yes they ran a little small, which was unfortunate. And they didn’t ship them to me in Scotland (they only go to the USA, folks! So make sure if you’re from anywhere else that you know someone in the US to send them to you!) Anyway. I loved them. I wore them every day, for walking (I had torn my ACL, MCL and Meniscus in my right knee playing rugby, and could barely walk - I heard about barefoot shoes for walking and eventually running to help fix injuries) then I started a running challenge, where I ran a minimum of 5km every single day for 50 days. The challenge ended up going to 111 days, and I ran over 700km in that time. Insane for a single pair of shoes. Need new pair now because I ran holes into the bottom. But they have served me well, and I can only hope Peluva can start to ship to the UK! I can’t go back to regular running shoes now! No way. These helped with knee pain, posture issues, weight. They’re awesome.
